We pride ourselves in providing a fast efficient service to both property owners and tenants. Our website which is updated daily provides a current list of all properties available to Let.

Generally speaking the average duration for a property listed with us is 3 weeks, this of course depends on the type, nature, and location of the property but for well presented and realistically priced property there is always a good demand.

At any one time we have an average of 50 residential properties and 20 commercial properties to rent but are always keen to add new properties to our portfolio. We organise viewings to suit the client and provide instant feedback to landlords.

Landlords

  • Fees vary depending on the nature type and location of properties but an average letting fee is approx. 5%.
