BLOCKMAN is a cloud based CRM package for Block Management and all data relating to the development, including financial information, is held in one system. It records all financial transactions relating to the complex. Through Blockman, the Management Company Directors may view various financial and other reports relating to the complex, assisting them with efficient decision making. The year-end accounts can also be downloaded from Blockman and sent to the auditors directly without delay.
