He has led the Property Management and Operations department of Absolute Property Management since its inception in 1998. Bob’s expertise is in all aspects of property management, sales and lettings. Ray Doherty is a consultant with 30 years’ experience in the property business. He is committed to delivering corporate and accounting practices for the Absolute Group. Ray leads the Administration, Accounts, Human Resources and Marketing functions at Absolute Property. Ray is fully licensed by the Property Services Regulatory Authority. Binesh Tholath serves as a Management Consultant for Absolute Group, having previously held the position of Managing Director. With a rich experience spanning over 14 years in the industry, Binesh has successfully managed property portfolios for both residential and commercial clientele. Notably, he excels at formulating and implementing strategic plans for property and block management operations.
In addition to his managerial acumen, Binesh's proficiency in IT and technology has been instrumental in refining the company's operational and technological framework. He holds a degree in Economics, an MBA from the Dublin Institute of Technology, and a QFA designation from LIA.
Christy Connery is Lettings Manager. Christy heads our letting and management team and is working in the Property industry since 2006. Christy comes with a wealth of experience in both property and financial sectors. Under Christy’s leadership, Absolute Property is managing property for various Receivers, Consortiums, Pension funds and Individual Landlords. Una joined Absolute Property Management in 2015 having spent several years in the legal sector and as a fundraiser in the non-profit sector. Una is responsible for co-ordinating business development and for administration within Absolute Property.Contact Me
Niamh Smith has joined the Absolute Property Group as Sales Manager with responsibility for developing the marketing and sales division. A qualified licenced Estate Agent and member of IPAV, Niamh has a wide range of experience in the property sector over the last 20 years including the managing of Sales and Marketing of Section 48 Properties at Carleton Village in Youghal. More recently, Niamh was engaged as a consultant with a leading estate agency in East Cork where she helped develop the Lettings Department over the last 4 years. She was also involved in sales and commercial rentals. Niamh believes that her success is down to being honest and obliging, as she works closely with clients to help them achieve their best potential.

Sylvia joined Absolute Property Management having prevously completed a career with Ireland's largest telecommunication service provider. Paul has been working with Absolute Property Group as part of the maintenance team since 2006. Paul is a critical link between the Absolute Property office and tenants when maintenance is required. Adam joined Absolute Property Management in 2022 as a Property Co-ordinator and new member of the Block Management team. Adam is currently attending the Auctioneering and Property Services Apprenticeship at the Cork College of FET. He believes in hard work and conducting business responsibly and with integrity.
